In Srimad Bhagavatam, Uddhava poses several questions to Sri Krishna and the Lord answers them. In the 23rd chapter of the 11th canto of the Bhagavata purana, Sri Krishna uses a story to illustrate how the virtue of tolerance and subsequent control over the mind can be attained.
